Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you by email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

4-8 working days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

SharkORC is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages

SharkoRC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
